Can I order the watch without personalization?+
Yes. Choose “Original design” on the product page to order the finished watch exactly as shown.
How do I choose the right size?
Case dimensions and fit vary by model. Check the details on each product page, or ask our studio for guidance based on her wrist size and preferred style.
What can be added to the dial?+
Initials, a short name, meaningful text or an approved personal mark can be considered. Because the dial is small, simple artwork usually produces the clearest result.
Will I see the personalization before production?+
Yes. When personalization is selected, we provide a digital proof to confirm the content, scale and placement before production begins.
How long does production and delivery take?+
Production normally takes 1–2 weeks after the design is confirmed. Standard international delivery normally takes approximately 7–12 business days, with tracking provided after dispatch.
