SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. WatchModLab reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until WatchModLab confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as custom and personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Due to the made-to-order nature of customized products, production may begin shortly after the order is placed.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any artwork, images, logos, text, or other materials submitted for customization do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.
WatchModLab specializes in custom and personalized watches featuring independent artwork, customer-submitted designs, and public domain artistic inspirations.
We do not use unauthorized trademarks, logos, or copyrighted brand assets on our products.
We reserve the right to reject any design request that may infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process certain personal information in order to provide and improve the Services.
