WARRANTY & SUPPORT

12-MONTH COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

Every WatchModLab watch includes a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing, assembly and production-related defects that arise under normal use. It is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory statutory rights that apply in the customer's country or region.

COVERED ISSUES

Covered issues may include:

- Movement or timekeeping faults caused by a manufacturing or assembly defect
- Crown, stem, setting or chronograph-control problems not caused by impact, misuse or external damage
- Hands, dial or internal components that become loose or misaligned because of an assembly defect
- Visible assembly or production defects confirmed by our team
- Other non-human-caused quality issues confirmed after review

If a covered issue is confirmed, the available solution may include repair, replacement, return or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and whether it can be reasonably resolved.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This commercial warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear, scratches, fading or cosmetic surface marks
- Accidental impact, dropping, crushing or other physical damage
- Misuse, improper operation or failure to follow reasonable care instructions
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification or repair
- Damage caused during third-party servicing or component installation
- Strap or bracelet wear resulting from normal use
- Water damage caused by use beyond the stated water-resistance specification or the confirmed test level for the individual watch
- Damage caused by chemicals, extreme heat, strong magnetic fields or other external conditions
- External wear or impact damage to personalized artwork, printing, logos or engraving

Water-resistance specifications and completed pressure checks vary by model and finished-watch configuration. A water-resistance statement for one model or tested watch should not be assumed to apply to every WatchModLab watch.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Approved design choices, colors, logos, artwork, engraving, text and component selections are not manufacturing defects.

If the finished watch does not match the confirmed production specification because of a manufacturing or production error, contact us. We will review the order record and provide an appropriate solution.

HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SUPPORT

Contact WatchModLab and provide:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photographs or video showing the problem
- The approximate date the issue first appeared
- Any relevant information about impact, water exposure, repair or modification

Do not open, disassemble, repair or return the watch before receiving instructions, as this may affect our ability to inspect the issue and determine coverage.

REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, RETURN OR REFUND

After reviewing the claim, WatchModLab will confirm whether the issue is covered and the appropriate next step.

Where reasonable, a covered issue may first be resolved through repair or replacement. If a confirmed non-human-caused quality issue cannot be reasonably resolved through repair or replacement, a return and refund may be offered.

RETURN SHIPPING FOR CONFIRMED WARRANTY ISSUES

For confirmed warranty-related quality issues, WatchModLab will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Contact us and receive authorization, shipping instructions and the appropriate return address before sending the watch back. Unauthorized return shipping or upgraded shipping services that were not approved in advance might not be reimbursed.

The watch must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation.

AFTER THE 12-MONTH WARRANTY

After the commercial warranty period has ended, we may still be able to assist with repairs, replacement parts, regulation and technical support.

Any applicable service, parts and shipping costs will be confirmed before work begins.
