When do the watches need to arrive?＋
Please give us the required arrival date rather than only the event date. This allows time for design approval, sampling where needed, production, quality control and international delivery.
What is the occasion or purpose?＋
Company anniversary, launch, corporate gifting, team project, private-label program or another occasion. Knowing the purpose helps us recommend the right watch foundation and level of personalization.
What brand files should we prepare?＋
Vector logo files are preferred where available. AI, SVG or EPS is ideal, with a high-resolution transparent PNG as an alternative. Please only provide trademarks and artwork you are authorized to use.
Can each watch have different names or numbers?＋
Yes, on suitable configurations. Individual names, initials, serial numbers or caseback details can often vary while the main watch design remains consistent.
Can we start with a sample?＋
For suitable projects, a prototype or representative sample can be produced before the full batch. Projects requiring special tooling, custom molds or other specialized production may have different sampling requirements or minimum quantities.
