Order Processing & Customization Time

Each WatchModLab watch is individually assembled and customized based on your order details.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing, customization, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the customization request.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping to customers in the United States.

United States (Standard Shipping)

Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days

United States (Express Shipping)

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please note:

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, weather conditions, and local carrier operations.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Customers can track their package through the carrier website or the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For U.S. customers, orders under $800 are generally exempt from import duties.

However, WatchModLab is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by local authorities after shipment.

Any additional charges related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues

We carefully package all watches to help prevent shipping damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

This will help our support team review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • International transportation disruptions
