WatchModLab is an independent custom watch studio in Guangzhou. We work directly with customers to turn personal ideas, brand identities and meaningful details into watches built around proven foundations.

Most watches are designed for an imagined average customer. We begin with one real person, story, team or occasion.
Our role is not to offer every possible component. It is to help choose a coherent watch foundation, translate the idea into the right production method and manage the details through assembly, inspection and delivery.

Logo & artwork
Develop your own logo, approved graphic or image for the proportions of a watch dial.
Engraving
Add names, dates, messages or artwork to compatible surfaces such as the caseback, crown, rotor or clasp.
Artist Series
Commission a one-of-one hand-painted dial developed from your photograph, subject or story.

We work with your own logo, licensed material, public-domain content or other artwork you are authorized to use.
No imitation branding
We do not reproduce protected brand identities to make a custom watch appear to be an original product from another manufacturer.
No forced compatibility
If a component, movement or customization method does not work reliably with the selected platform, we recommend an alternative instead of forcing the build.
