The exact timeline varies by customization, but the approval logic stays consistent: define the brief, confirm the design, produce the watch, inspect it and then dispatch.
Choose the foundation
We narrow the watch platform, movement, dial, hands and bracelet or strap to a coherent combination.
Confirm personalization
Logo, wording, artwork, engraving and other compatible details are assessed for method, placement and feasibility.
Approve the proposal
You receive a clear visual direction and written specification before personalized production begins.
Production and assembly
Parts are prepared, personalized and assembled to order in our Guangzhou studio.
QC and delivery
Appearance, function and applicable water-resistance checks are completed before dispatch. Final confirmation, photos and tracking follow.

The exact specification changes from one watch foundation to another. The approach to compatibility, assembly, inspection and after-sales support does not.
Reliable movements
Our watch foundations use proven automatic, GMT and chronograph movements selected according to the platform and project requirements.
Considered materials
Many core builds use 316L stainless steel and sapphire crystal, while selected platforms may use other materials such as carbon.
Pre-delivery QC
Appearance, hand clearance, function and applicable water-resistance checks are completed before dispatch.
12-month warranty
Coverage applies to manufacturing, assembly and production-related defects that arise under normal use, subject to our Warranty & Support policy.

Common questions
Can I order only one watch?＋
Yes. The minimum order for most custom projects is one piece. Some highly specialized products may require a higher minimum order, which we confirm before quoting.
How long does production take?＋
Typical custom projects take around 1–2 weeks after design approval. Hand-painted work, special materials, custom components and larger quantities may require additional time.
Will I receive photos before shipping?＋
Yes. We provide completion confirmation and final images before dispatch so you can review the finished watch.
Do you ship internationally?＋
Yes. Standard international delivery is commonly around 7–12 working days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier and customs processing.
Is every customization option available on every watch?＋
No. Case dimensions, dial size, movement architecture and component compatibility vary by watch foundation. We confirm what is technically compatible before production.
How is water resistance handled?＋
Water resistance depends on the selected case and configuration. Where applicable, the watch is checked to the stated testing level before dispatch. The confirmed specification is provided with the project.
