Frequently asked questions

Useful answers
before we begin.

Pricing, production, artwork, shipping, warranty and what to expect from a made-to-order project.

Ordering & design

Starting the project

What is the minimum order?

Most custom projects can begin from one piece. Group pricing and methods vary with quantity.

What is included in the $299 starting price?

A typical base automatic watch includes a 316L stainless-steel case, sapphire crystal, NH35 movement and a selected dial, hands and strap or bracelet. The exact specification is shown in the product or quote.

Can I use my own logo, photograph or artwork?

Yes, if you own it or are authorized to reproduce it. We assess whether printing, engraving or hand painting is the most suitable method.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes. Personalized work receives a visual and written specification for approval before production begins.

Can you reproduce a famous brand logo?

No. We do not reproduce unauthorized trademarks or present custom watches as products of another brand.

Production & quality

Making the watch

How long does production take?

Typical custom projects take around 1–2 weeks after approval. Hand painting, special materials, samples and larger quantities may take longer.

What movements do you use?

NH35 automatic and VK63 chronograph are common foundations. NH34 GMT, NH05 and other movements can be quoted for suitable projects.

Are the watches water resistant?

Many core builds are specified and tested to 5 ATM. Water resistance depends on the selected case and must be confirmed on the product or project specification.

What quality checks are performed?

We inspect appearance, hand alignment and clearance, core function and the stated water-resistance test before dispatch.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month movement warranty is provided under the care and warranty terms supplied with the watch. Accidental damage, misuse and normal wear are excluded.

Payment & delivery

After approval

How does payment work?

Many custom projects use a 50% deposit and 50% balance after completion approval, before dispatch. Your quote confirms the exact arrangement.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Standard international delivery is commonly around 7–12 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Are import taxes included?

Unless the quote states otherwise, destination duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can a personalized watch be returned?

Because custom work is made to an approved specification, change-of-mind returns are generally not available. Defects or specification errors are handled under the agreed after-sales terms.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is sent after dispatch.
