ASSEMBLY
Each watch is assembled to order in our Guangzhou studio, with the movement, dial, hands, pushers and selected bracelet or strap fitted according to the final specification.

CHRONOGRAPH FUNCTION CHECK
Pusher operation, chronograph start and stop functions, reset-to-zero alignment, sub-dial operation and overall hand positioning are checked before the watch moves to final inspection.

FINAL INSPECTION
The completed watch receives a final visual and functional inspection before it is photographed, approved and prepared for shipment.

01 Can I add my own logo?
Yes. Your own logo can be added to the dial or other available surfaces depending on the design and production method.
02 What parts of the watch can be customized?
Depending on the configuration, you can customize the dial, hands, bezel, bracelet or strap, logo, artwork, caseback engraving, crown engraving and selected movement options.
03 Can I order just one watch?
Yes. Most WatchModLab custom projects are available from one piece unless a specific production method requires a higher minimum quantity.
04 How long does production take?
Most custom watches require approximately 1–2 weeks for production after the design and specifications are confirmed.
05 Will I see the finished watch before shipping?
Yes. Final photos or videos can be provided for confirmation before shipment.
06 Which movement should I choose?
Choose based on the functions you need. For example, the NH35 is suited to a classic automatic date watch, while the NH34 adds GMT functionality for a second time zone.
07 Is the watch water resistant?
Water resistance depends on the selected case and configuration. Each completed watch is checked according to the applicable specification before shipment.
08 What movement does it use?
Steel Chronograph is available with the VK63 meca-quartz chronograph movement.
The VK63 combines quartz timekeeping with a mechanically actuated chronograph module, offering practical accuracy, crisp pusher operation and a chronograph display with a more mechanical feel than a conventional quartz chronograph.

09 How does the chronograph work?
The chronograph is operated using the pushers on the side of the case.
The upper pusher is used to start and stop the chronograph.
The lower pusher resets the chronograph hands after timing has been stopped.

10 What do the sub-dials display?
The exact sub-dial functions depend on the selected dial layout and movement configuration.
On VK63 configurations, the sub-dials are used for chronograph timing, small seconds and 24-hour indication.

11 Why is the central chronograph seconds hand not always moving?
On VK63 configurations, the central seconds hand is used for the chronograph function and does not normally run continuously.
The regular running seconds are displayed on the small-seconds sub-dial.
