Customers are required to make a 50% deposit payment upon order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance shall be settled after completion of production and your satisfactory confirmation of the finished product.
If you are dissatisfied with the finished item, we will deduct 10% of the total watch price to cover incurred labor and material costs, and refund the remaining deposit to you accordingly.
