Are your watches brand new?
Yes. All our custom timepieces are hand-assembled in our workshop using brand-new automatic movements and high-quality premium components.
What movements do you use?
We primarily use the Japanese Seiko NH35/NH36 automatic movements, widely recognized in the modification community for their
widely recognized for reliability and durability. For high-end bespoke projects, Swiss-made movements are available as an upgrade.
What is the water resistance rating?
Our standard builds are designed for daily wear and light water exposure, with an approximate water resistance rating of 3ATM (30 meters).
They are suitable for everyday activities such as hand washing and light rain. However, we do not recommend swimming, diving, hot baths, or operating the crown while the watch is exposed to water.
Water resistance may vary depending on the case design and customization configuration.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Absolutely! You have full control over the colors and styles of every component, including the dial, case, strap, hands, and crown. Share your vision with us, and we will create an exclusive rendering for your review.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We provide a 1-year international warranty on the movement and a 1-year warranty on craftsmanship. Please note that accidental damage is not covered.

Can I send my own artwork or design idea?
Yes. Customers can submit reference images, artwork ideas, photos, or engraving requests for personalized customization.
How long does production take?
Standard custom orders typically have a production cycle of 7-14 business days. Complex designs or special components may require an additional 3-5 days. We will provide a precise delivery timeline once your order is confirmed.
Can I modify my design after placing an order?
Design modifications are free within the first 24 hours of order placement. Once the production phase begins, changes cannot be made. Please double-check your design before finalizing the order.
Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes. We will notify you via email at key stages of production (Production Started, Assembly Completed, and Shipped). A tracking number will be provided once your watch is dispatched.
Do you have real photos or videos?
Yes. We regularly share real customer builds, workshop content, and customization projects through our website and social media channels.

Can I return or exchange my custom watch?
Since every watch is a one-of-a-kind creation personalized to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If the product has a quality defect or does not match your confirmed design, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours to provide a solution.

How should I maintain my mechanical watch?
Avoid severe impacts and contact with harsh chemicals.
Seek professional servicing every 2-3 years.
We recommend using a watch winder when not in use to maintain power reserve.
Never operate the crown while the watch is submerged in water.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes. We offer lifetime repair services for all watches purchased from us. Repairs outside of the warranty period are charged at cost price.
